Why do we as a Society need this Change? 

If you're asking this question - consider this:
               
Without a Vision, Society is effectively a rudderless ship - where its direction is not determined by the crew - that is, Society - but rather by external forces and influences.
            
Those external forces and influences are now being recognised as the Power Rich Class and the institutions they are a part of.
            
The path of our current Society is thus dictated by those forces - rather than by Society itself.          
               
Wouldn't we all desire a system which serves our Society - rather than a Society which serves the System?  The current all-pervasive system - being the Old Model - has been created FOR us - not BY us! 
                
The Old Model has been designed in such a way that Society to date has been powerless to challenge it - let alone change it. There's been a reason for that!
                
This situation, until now - the accepted current working model - has been continued and enhanced over many years at the behest of those seeking power and control over others.                 
It would be a continuing situation - only to be further enhanced - if not for the Change now beginning to happen across the planet.  People are waking up to the increasing level of the control being exercised.  The control appears to be connected with an apparent agenda to keep people divided and just barely existing, rather than joyfully thriving.  

It is when people thrive that they are at their most powerful and able to achieve extraordinary things - not just for themselves but for the whole of Society. And the route to people thriving, is achieved by people working together for that objective - and the common good of all. 
 

The Changes beginning to happen now are bringing a focus - a stark focus - on all that is wrong - ineffective - and detrimental to all of us in Society. 

Without these Changes coming forward now, the gulf between the Power Rich Class and everyone else would continue to get wider by the day.  Additionally, this tiny group of individuals are now exercising considerable influence over decision makers at the top table - and not for the common good.  This situation is - as has been said - unsustainable. 

This is but one reason - among a number - for this movement for a Change in direction.

Once embarked on the Change, the change in wind direction will be refreshing.  It will be life- changing - for every one of us - and not least for Society itself.  It will be the beginning of a Grown Up Intelligent Society on Earth. 

Such a Society will be founded on certain pillars of strength matched with timeless human principles - including:
Justice, Fairness, Compassion, Equality, Truth, Honesty and Integrity. 
Above all, it will be based upon the principle of peace.  Fighting between peoples and nations will be recognised as total failure.  A failure which is beyond the comprehension of a Grown Up Intelligent Society.

         
So, starting now, YOU - as an important and integral member of Society - are invited to participate.  That means, participate in envisioning a New Model for Society.  Your contribution is as valid and important as anyone's.  It will first form part of the Vision.  Secondly, your contribution will help shape the Execution of the plan for our new Society - bringing that Vision into our reality.
