The Vision to be created goes well beyond anything that a small group of politicians - to date exercising power and control over the people - can, ever did, or ever will, offer.
In the UK, that power is currently exercised by as few as 30 Servant MPs - just 5% of the 650 elected to office and who make up the top table of the current decision makers.
Instead, the Vision of the New Model for Society will be created - envisioned - by the whole of Society. Every individual, irrespective of age, is invited to participate in its formulation.
This envisioning is not only a gloriously simple task, but a wonderfully exciting opportunity in which to participate. Even more exciting, is to be a part of bringing that envisioning into reality. It begins, simply, with just one blank sheet of paper and a clear intention to Change our future path.
And on that paper - we are all invited to list our individual contributions describing how our Society's future should look.
Let's look at a practical example.
The Vision for Change 1.01 concerns the health of our oceans. It is the first Change tabled with a number to follow.
The Vision reads simply:
WE HAVE CLEAN HEALTHY OCEANS
achieved by Society having ended ocean pollution by plastic.
You will notice the use of the present tense. This is key to the Vision's manifestation. We begin as if the Change has already happened.

From here, the collective WE - being YOU and all other like-minded ones in our Society - will now look to formulate a plan by which this Vision will be achieved. It is here that COWS invites your individual contribution - in the form of suggestions, at whichever level - as to how YOU see this Vision being accomplished.
By adding your name to the Vision Statement, you will not only signal your alignment to this particular Vision but also signal your willingness to be invited to make your own contributions to furthering this Vision.
When there is an objective to be accomplished it concentrates the mind - or Society's collection of minds in this case.
Our minds become concentrated on looking for the solutions we need to deal with the problems, properly assessing those solutions for their appropriateness.
Debate ensues - giving the opportunity for sharing knowledge, experience, insights and not least, innovations.
Sufficient research, investigation and testing leads to the arrival of an agreed pathway forward.
To quote David Katz - speaking on the subject of polluting our oceans with plastic - Change begins by turning off the tap. We start with stopping what is wrong. In the case of plastics in the oceans, Society first stops putting - or allowing plastic to get - into the ocean.
As a Society, the first objective is just that. We stop doing or allowing what is clearly wrong.
It is the obvious beginning.
